I have a query regarding my order. How do i clarify it?

I have placed a Tailored Fit order. How do i take measurements?
For Hoodie/Tshirt/Jacket -
If you want an oversize fit go 2 sizes up. e.g. If chest size is 40, a size 44 would fit you best. It is more accurate to measure a product you own and fits as per your liking to give us sizing info.
How to take product measurement -
1. Put the product flat on a table, measure between both armpits (in inches).
2. Double the measurement you get and that's your chest size.
e.g. If the measuring tape says 20, your chest size would be 40.
If you don't own an oversize product, take body measurement -
Use a measuring tape around yourself from under the armpit region for chest sizing. You can take help from someone at home.
For Jeans/Jogger -
Please take sizing of your waist using a measuring tape in inches.
Toffle denims are regular fit non stretchable, so if you usually wear a stretchable denim go one size up in waist.
For Length -
Please share your height and we'll adjust the length accordingly for both uppers and lowers.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take a few weeks based on number of orders. We will keep you updated on email as your order ships. Urgent delivery requests will not be possible for sale items
Can i give additional instructions with my order?
Please drop us an email clearly mentioning your ORDER ID in mail subject for any changes, special instructions or order modification.

My card was charged but order wasn't placed, why?
If you don't see payment confirmation mail from Razorpay, it means order didn't go through. Your bank will auto-refund this amount.
I have placed an order offline at the store. How do i check the progress?
Please drop us an email and we'll draft you an order confirmation if you have not received a mail and ORDER ID already.
