Uppers (Full Sleeve)
Tailored Fit -
Please measure a non-stretchable product you own and fits you well and share the measurements at checkout or over email. We require chest, waist, full length for uppers, and waist, full length (outseam) for lowers.
You can also specify other measurements like inseam, thighs, sleeve as per your choice.
Sizing issue are not covered under returns. Please ensure you order the correct size. Reach us for any questions you may have for us.
For Prints -
Reverse the product and Hand Wash with soft detergent in cold water.
For Jackets, Patchwork products -
Best to dry clean.
For Denims -
Hand wash separately.
Do not iron on prints.
Everything is made to order. As such, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please reach out for any queries before your order is dispatched.
No returns are accepted for any sizing issue. We offer a tailored fit option with all products, where you can send in your measurements.

In few cases we may be able to adjust sizing. In such a case shipping charges for pickup and re-delivery will be payable by the customer. Please note this will not be possible in every scenario and we'll accommodate requests case to case basis.
Returns are accepted if -
You received a damaged product.
- You receive an item different than what you had ordered.
- No returns accepted on sizing issues if measurements are as per our size chart.
Please Note - Several items on the website are 1 OF 1 and hand painted. Patchwork designs, embroidery are done by hand, variations in color, design are not considered as a different item and are not eligible for return. The difference is the uniqueness of hand made product which is what our brand encourages and follows.
In case you wish for your order to look exactly as the display item, please mention this in Cart Notes, or email us once you place the order.
No exchange is available on returns or sizing issues. Every product is made to order. Please review sizing, design and enquire about other details before placing the order.
Inform us within 7 days of having received your order. When your return request is approved we'll get in touch regarding the procedure.
- All products should be in their original packaging
- All accessories, invoices should be in the packaging as received
- Do not wear perfume while trying out products
Do not wash, bleach or damage product in any way
In case of Exchange -
If you opt for an Exchange, the exchange order will be shipped once the package you have already received is in transit back to us.
In case of returns due to our fault -
- We sent you a damaged product
- We sent you something other than what you ordered
A refund value of full amount will be issued to your original mode of payment. This includes any shipping charges you have paid.

- Other details on the make of a product not discussed prior to product being dispatched
- Order returned to us due to customer unavailability
In case we are not able to refund to your original mode of payment, we would require your bank account details to issue a refund.
All products are made as orders come in. We do not keep stock.
Orders take on average 5-7 days to make and dispatch.
Large quantity orders may take longer.
Delivery takes 3-5 days since dispatch, depending on your location.
Transit delays due to weather, festivals, etc can cause further delays in rare cases.
In case of bulk orders, please enquire regarding delivery timings by reaching out to us over mail or social media accounts.
- Orders may sometimes be delayed due to transportation issues. We try to navigate through these as fast as we can. Please reach out to the courier directly for any concerns.
- Courier company attempts 2 deliveries of your package. If not collected, it is returned back to us. Additional delivery charge would be payable in such cases.
