My state or country is not available on checkout?
Shipping is available only within India at the moment. If there are any issues during checkout please reach out to us
What is "Tailored Fit" option in sizes?
You can get a custom fit product made for no extra cost. You can measure a t-shirt or jeans you own and fits you well and share the measurements during checkout. We need chest, waist, full length measurements usually. In case of queries please reach us. 

How long does delivery take?
Everything is made to order. From making the product to delivering it, it may take 7-10 working days. In cases where there are larger quantities, it may take upto 15-20 days. If you need orders by a certain date, please mention it via message or note.

How do i track my order? 
Tracking information is shared on email as soon as courier picks up your order from our facilities. Please check your spam if it has been more than a week since your order. If you didn't receive it yet, please write to us 
Tracking is not visible on courier site, why? 
Once package is scanned at the courier facility and starts moving, tracking details will be live. Please check in 48-72hrs again
Waybill number does not exist error is coming, why? 
Tracking details are live only after the package is scanned by courier. Delay between pickup and reaching the next warehouse is mostly the cause. Please wait 48-72hrs and recheck
My card was charged but order wasn't placed, why?
In case your card is charged, the payment may have been accepted by our payment partner, so please reach out to us and provide your details so we can check and share order confirmation in such cases. In many cases the payments are also auto refunded within 24hrs, we will confirm this for you. 

What are the payment methods available?

You can pay via credit/debit cards, netbanking, UPI, wallets, Paylater apps and EMI. Direct Bank transfer option is also available upon request. 
I want to change shipping details, how do I do that?
You can share your order number and correct shipping details with us until before your order is dispatched. And we'll update it on our end. 
I have placed an order for a wrong size, what to do now?
Please share the size you actually wanted within 24hrs of placing your order and we will update it on our end. If your product is made and shipped we will not be able to make changes. There are no returns. Alteration may be possible, but it chargeable. Return shipping and re-shipping charges will be payable by customer. 
My order was returned back, can it be re-shipped?
A shipping fee will be chargeable for the return and re-shipping. We will re-ship it as soon as we receive the package back from the courier 
I received my order, can I return it?
Unless we sent you a wrong product or there is any damage, we do not entertain returns. Minor alterations in sizing, design can be done, but shipping charges will be payable by you. Please see Returns & Exchange policy page for details.
I had a query and I wrote to support, when will I hear back?
We reply the same day to most queries, concerns via email and other support channels. If you don't hear back from us within a day, please contact us on our social pages 

Is International shipping available?
International shipping is not available at the moment. If you are a retailer please reach us via email.
