I do not see my state, or country listed at checkout. How can I place my order?
We skip locations with limited or no serviceability from checkout listings. Please share your zip with us to learn about possible delivery options
I see a "Tailored Fit" option in sizes, what is it?
We make all products as orders come in, we allow you a chance to custom tailor it to your fit. Find more information here

How long does delivery take?
Products are dispatched within a week from your order. Delivery can take upto 8 days since dispatch depending on your location. Find more information here

I did not receive tracking information. 
Tracking information is shared as soon as courier pickup is done. Please check your spam if it has been more than a week since your order. If you didn't receive it yet, please write to us 
I received tracking details but tracking is not visible yet. 
Once package is scanned at the courier facility and starts moving, tracking details will be live. Please check in 48-72hrs again
Waybill number does not exist. 
Tracking details are live only after the package is scanned by courier. Delay between pickup and reaching the next warehouse is mostly the cause. Please wait 48-72hrs and recheck
My card was charged but order wasn't placed, why?

I have placed an order and want to change shipping details, how do I do that?
You can share your order number and correct shipping details with us until before your order is dispatched. And we'll update it on our end. Please contact us here
I have placed an order for a wrong size, what to do now?
Please share the size you actually wanted, and we will update it with your order on our end. Unfortunately, If your order has already shipped, we cannot change sizing
My order was returned back, can it be re-shipped?
Extra shipping fee will be chargeable. We will re-ship it as soon as we receive the package back from the courier 
I received my order, can I return it?

I don't have a Paypal account. How do I make payments?
You can pay via cards through Razorpay, or opt for card payment without logging in to Paypal as well. The option is visible below the login section when you select checkout with Paypal

Is international shipping available?
International shipping is on hold at the moment. We will notify you when it resumes. Kindly drop us a mail
