I do not see my state, or country listed at checkout. How can I place my order?
Please share your pincode/zipcode, country details so we can update regarding possible shipping options. International shipping is available upon request.
I see a "Tailored Fit" option in sizes, what is it?
We make all products as orders come in, we allow you a chance to custom tailor it to your fit. Find more information here

How long does delivery take?
Everything is made to order. It takes approx a week to prepare and dispatch. Delivery can take upto 7-10 days (within India) after dispatch, depending on your location. International deliveries can take upto 2-3 weeks from date of dispatch. Find more information here

I did not receive tracking information. 
Tracking information is shared as soon as courier pickup is done. Please check your spam if it has been more than a week since your order. If you didn't receive it yet, please write to us 
I received tracking details but tracking is not visible yet. 
Once package is scanned at the courier facility and starts moving, tracking details will be live. Please check in 48-72hrs again
Waybill number does not exist. 
Tracking details are live only after the package is scanned by courier. Delay between pickup and reaching the next warehouse is mostly the cause. Please wait 48-72hrs and recheck
My card was charged but order wasn't placed, why?

What are the payment methods available?
You can make a purchase using cards, netbanking, UPI. Direct Bank transfer option is also available upon request. Please reach out to us in case of queries. 
I have placed an order and want to change shipping details, how do I do that?
You can share your order number and correct shipping details with us until before your order is dispatched. And we'll update it on our end. Please contact us here
I have placed an order for a wrong size, what to do now?
Please share the size you actually wanted within 24hrs of placing your order and we will update it on our end. If your product is made and shipped we will not be able to make changes. Sizing issues are non returnable, please refer to size chart before placing an order. 
My order was returned back, can it be re-shipped?
A shipping fee will be chargeable. We will re-ship it as soon as we receive the package back from the courier

We reply the same day to most queries, concerns via email and other support channels. If you don't hear back from us within a day, please contact us on our social pages 

Is international shipping available?
International shipping is available upon request. The shipping charges, vat, duties are different for different countries. We ship a Duty Delivery Paid shipment, all shipping charges include any custom duty. You will not be charged any custom duty/ import taxes from your respective country upon receiving an order.
