- Orders placed can be cancelled within 60 mins for a full refund.
- For product ready or in-transit, we issue a store credit of full value.
- Free exchange on any size issues. Explore free size assist by choosing tailored fit, to avoid the hassle if in doubt.
- For tailored fit and exchanges, please share actual body measurements
- 100% refund quality issues, damages, or wrong delivery.
- In case you do not like your order, free exchange or store credits is available for full amount.
- In case of any quality issue, full refund is processed.
- No refunds available on sale items, one of one items, customised or tailored fit items.
- Sale/Discounted items are non-refundable, non-returnable. Sizing exchange, store credits may be provided on case to case basis.
- Shipping charges, alteration charges or both may be payable.
- Only available in India - 10% prepaid, 90% at time of delivery. A cash collection fees of Rs.100 is charged by our courier partners.
- In case of customer refusal or unavailability, prepaid amount will be adjusted against shipping and return charges.
- Second delivery attempt will be initiated for a minor shipping fee.
- End delivery depends on courier service quality in your area. Changing address, delaying delivery is not possible once COD package is dispatched.
