Thus creating space for variations, and uniqueness in everything that ships out!
- Orders placed can be cancelled within 60 mins for a full refund.
- Please ship us the products to avail exchange for any size issues. Kindly reach us on chat for instructions.
- 100% refund if you receive a damaged product. Or a different product altogether due to a shipping mistake.
- Product images are for reference only. No two products come out 100% same. Everything is made to order, with hand stitched, hand painted elements. These differences do not make it a different product.
- No refunds available on sale items, discounted items, one of one items, customised or tailored fit items.
- Sale/Discounted items are non-refundable, non-returnable.
- Sizing exchange, store credits may be provided on case to case basis.
- Shipping charges, alteration charges or both may be payable.
- Only available in India. A cash collection fees of Rs.100 is charged by our courier partners.
- In case of customer refusal or unavailability, prepaid amount will be non refundable..
- End delivery depends on courier service quality in your area. Changing address is not possible after dispatch.
