Returns & Exchange

CANCELLATIONS

Everything is made to order. As such, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please reach out for any queries before your order is dispatched.

SIZING ISSUE

No returns are accepted for any sizing issue. We offer a tailored fit option with all products, where you can send in your measurements. 

Please review sizing chart before ordering. Contact us for any information regarding sizing before placing the order. 

In few cases we may be able to adjust sizing. In such a case shipping charges for pickup and re-delivery will be payable by the customer. Please note this will not be possible in every scenario and we'll accommodate requests case to case basis. 
 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted if - 

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You receive an item different than what you had ordered.

  • No returns accepted on sizing issues if measurements are as per our size chart.

    Please Note - Several items on the website are 1 OF 1 and hand painted. Patchwork designs, embroidery are done by hand, variations in color, design are not considered as a different item and are not eligible for return. The difference is the uniqueness of hand made product which is what our brand encourages and follows.

    In case you wish for your order to look exactly as the display item, please mention this in Cart Notes, or email us once you place the order.  


EXCHANGE 

No exchange is available on returns or sizing issues. Every product is made to order. Please review sizing, design and enquire about other details before placing the order.

 

RETURN PROCESS 

Inform us within 7 days of having received your order. When your return request is approved we'll get in touch regarding the procedure. 


RETURN CONDITION 

  • All products should be in their original packaging
  • All accessories, invoices should be in the packaging as received
  • Do not wear perfume while trying out products
  • Do not wash, bleach or damage product in any way


In case of Exchange -

If you opt for an Exchange, the exchange order will be shipped once the package you have already received is in transit back to us.

 

REFUNDS

In case of returns due to our fault -

  • We sent you a damaged product
  • We sent you something other than what you ordered

A refund value of full amount will be issued to your original mode of payment. This includes any shipping charges you have paid. 


Cases for NO REFUNDS

  • Sizing issues 
  • Other details on the make of a product not discussed prior to product being dispatched
  • Order returned to us due to customer unavailability

In case we are not able to refund to your original mode of payment, we would require your bank account details to issue a refund.
