We work with a variety of products and techniques, many hand-done, many upcycled.
Thus creating space for variations, and uniqueness in everything that ships out!
Cancellations
- Orders placed can be cancelled within 40 mins via email/message request. 100% Refund is issued within 48hrs.
- Any cancellations requested beyond that timeline and before dispatch of goods, store credits/ gift cards are issued for the same value.
Exchange
- Free exchange on any size issues caused due to production error.
- Free exchange on size/fit issue on order values 15,000 INR and above
- You can exchange items with any other product of same value as well, or pay the difference for a higher priced item.
For order values less than 15,000 INR -
A one time pickup fee is payable as per courier rates. ( Approx 100-300 INR, can differ as per location )
Please share actual body measurements while reaching out for an exchange request.
Refunds
- 100% Refund on any quality issues due to production error or wrong item delivery.
- Refunds are not applicable on tailored fit, or customised products. These products can only be altered for sizing and fit.
- In case you do not like any product received, you can exchange it for another product or avail store credits of the same value as refund.
- In case of non-utilisation of store credits/gift cards for 1 year, full refund is issued back to the original mode of payment.
Sale Items
- Sale products can only be exchanged for another product of same value.
- In case an item worth 10,000 INR is on a 50% sale, then store credits/gift card worth 10,000 INR will be issued in case of exchange.
