Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded due to the international shipping costs. Please check with us regarding the product size, fittings etc prior to dispatch to avoid any issues upon arrival.

Within India :

• Please ship us the products to avail exchange for any size issues. Customers will have to bear one way shipping.
  
• Rs.500 payable for each piece size alteration in case you have received the size you have ordered.

How to Ship the product back -

Please book the courier using Delhivery, Shiprocket online services or any local courier.

Please mention your order ID, name, phone number and size exchange inside the package with the product on a paper and ship the item back to us.

• If you have requested a priority delivery, we will try our best to make it in that time. If in some cases we are unable to, due to logistical issues it does not quality for a refund. If you refuse delivery, a store credit will be issued to you.

• Payment gateway fees of 2-3% is non-refundable in case of returns.

- Variations in digital prints does not qualify as a different product.
- Variations in hand painted products from what's on the website, to what you have received does not quality as a different product.
- All images are for representation purposes only, final products will come out different due to short run fabric change, print quality change, while keeping the same aesthetics. We will rework minor changes time to time in the design, it does not qualify as a different product .
- Prints and stickers on the product can come out slightly different and does not qualify as a different product.

• Sale/Discounted items are non-refundable, non-returnable.

• Shipping charges, alteration charges or both may be payable.

• Only available in India. A cash collection fees of Rs.100-199 is charged by our courier partners basis your location.
