What is the Lifetime warranty program?
If you purchase any Toffle signature line product, you can send in your order anytime for any stitching fix for estimated lifetime of the product. This varies between product categories.

How can we avail this?
For any wear and tear, or repainting a hand made product please dispatch it to us for a fix. There are no extra charges for this fix. You can initiate the process by sending us a mail via our contact page.
What is not included?
- Graphic print fades due to hard water washing.
- Affordable weekend upcycled drops, products priced 1999 and below.
- Any product sent i.e. beyond a wearable condition as determined by us.
