Product Elgibility
What products are eligible for trade-in?
For the first rollout of the program, we are only taking in jeans and jackets.
Products made of some thicker materials like corduroy, leather are also eligible. Please email us and check if you have doubts. Any product that is damaged beyond repair, or with big chemical, oil stains is not eligible.
Can i trade-in jeans and jackets from any brand ?
Yes products you have bought from Toffle or any other brand is eligible.
Product Value and Credit
How much can I get for my product?
The store credit can average between Rs.500 to Rs.2000 per product. You can apply the credit for a maximum 50% discount on your future orders through Toffle website or store.
Can i get an estimate online, then trade-in at your store?
You can share front and back images as mentioned above and drop us a mail.
If products are eligible, we will arrange a pickup and give you an estimate.
This estimate can differ from final store credit issued in case we receive different product, or discover damage beyond repair in products upon delivery.
What if final store credit offered is less than the estimated amount?
We will verify all details with you prior to arranging any pickup.
Store credit estimated will be the final store credit issued if same product is sent.
In rare cases if we receive different or damanged product and give a different update, you can choose to either take the product back or recycle it for free.
Can my store credit expire?
The store credit is valid for 365 days since it is issued.
Can i apply store credits on sale items?
No discounts or store credits are applicable on any sale items.
Timing & Process
How long does the online trade-in take?
We arrange a pickup within 24hrs after confirming your trade-in product(s) estimate amount. Delivery can take between 7-10 days. Store credit is issued same day as product delivery.
Do i need to send original packaging or tags?
You are not required to send any original packaging, accessories or tags, just the product.
How do i prepare my product for pickup?
Please wash the product before dispatch.
The pickup executive will bring label and packaging material with them.
In case you are shipping multiple products, pack them in a box for ease in dispatch and delivery.
How do I send back my product?
We will arrange a pickup for the product upon store credit and pickup confirmation from you.
You can also choose to drop off product if you are in Delhi NCR region to our Delhi Studio directly.
Tracking & Charges
How can i track my package ?
We will share a tracking detail with you over mail once we schedule the pickup.
Can i cancel a trade-in ?
If you have not dispatched or dropped off your product you can cancel the trade-in.
If you do not like the credit offered you can choose to receive the products back.
A minor delivery fee is charged.
In some cases cancelling trade-in may not be possible. You can opt to recycle the products.
Why did i receive a revised trade-in value ?
The product fabric quality may be inferior and beyond any usage or repair. In case of any other discrepancies from your initial explanation or image shared with us.
In such cases final trade-in value may be lower than offered during the estimate.
