Handcrafted Sale Orders: Dispatch Timelines & Support

All Toffle pieces are handcrafted from scratch after you place an order. During the sale, we receive high volumes, so dispatch may take a little longer than usual.

Are sale items ready to ship immediately?
Not immediately. All items are handcrafted and made from scratch once we receive your order.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all sale orders by the first week of February.
How are sale orders dispatched, is there a priority?
Yes. Dispatches happen on a first come, first serve basis (earlier orders go out first).
Can sale orders be cancelled ?
Sale orders can't be changed or cancelled.
How long do sale order deliveries take?
All sale orders take 3-4 weeks time to deliver. Final deliveries will complete by first week February. Domestic orders take 3-5 days post dispatch. International orders can take up to 10 days from the date of dispatch.
Can I return or exchange items bought during the sale?
No. Returns are not entertained for sale orders, as mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I request size alterations?
Size alterations can be considered after all sale dispatches are cleared. You can ship the item back to us with full details for review.
How do I contact support for order-related queries?

What should I write in the email subject line?
Always mention your order number in the email subject for clarity and faster resolution.
I placed a tailored fit order. What details should I share?
Please send clear sizing details based on product measurements (product size), not body size, and include your order number in the subject.
